Joe Geisler placed second with a score 125 and Kathryn Cornell placed third with a score of 105. Dennis Monaghan, Glen Fulford, and Gene Dabrowski tied for fourth with a score of 100. A big shout out the everyone who attended Sunday’s Fishing Derby. Thanks to all the competitors, their parents, Sponsors, Exhibitors, and WF&GC members who helped make this event a huge success! We had 163 competitors register, which was up 65 from last year. Over 30 fish were caught. The brook was stocked with over 600 fish, including Rainbow Trout which turned out to be particularly hard to catch. We are currently running two raffles to support Warner Fish & Game Club. We have a Camp Chef Pellet Smoker Grill and a Howa .308 Rifle with Vortex scope. 500 tickets will be sold for each raffle. Tickets are $10 each. The drawings will be held 10/28/26. Contact the club to buy tickets or get some to sell today. Plans are to use raffle proceeds to help erect a shelter over the 50 yard firing line.

This is our biggest annual event. We are doing business sponsorships for donations of $250 or more. The business gets a sponsor sign on our business wall at the clubhouse, and a mention on the Warner Fish and Game Club website and our Facebook account. Any donations are a great help!  We are also looking for prize donations of fishing poles, tackle boxes, and toys for the children’s bucket raffles. We are also looking for maple syrup, gift baskets, gift cards etc. for the adult bucket raffles.  We have over 600 fish coming for the derby. …
